A support contract with miggle.co.uk allows us to keep your website either updated and/or technically sound. It also allows us to support you in the day-to-day operation of your website and other associated online services. Use them to keep Drupal or WordPress sites updated, Facebook, Google + and Twitter pages fresh and answered, Google Adwords campaigns performing, or your homepage up to date with engaging content.
How do they work?
It's easy - if your site needs supporting you can buy as little as 15 minutes support from us a week over a minimum term of three months.
Once agreed, we bill you for the total and undertake to deal with any issues you raise up to your weekly limit by the end of the third business day after you’ve raised it. In practice, most issues are dealt with well within this timeframe.
How do I raise issues?
While we encourage clients to log issues via our support website, most people email or phone us. Any of these routes are fine, although we cannot guarantee we can deal with issues raised by telephone on demand.
Four types of contract
Type 1. Content Management support
We support you in your use of a Content Management System, or, depending on the scope of our initial project for you, may manage or assist with Social Media (like Facebook and Twitter pages) or Search Engine Optimisation (SEO) or Search Engine Marketing (SEM – like Google Adwords) activity on your behalf.
Type 2. Graphic design and page layout support
We’ll help you on tasks where you need our support to optimize images or manipulate content using coding languages such as HTML/Javascript.
Enabling peace of mind
Type 3. Back end coding and infrastructure support
We’ll help you on tasks where we need to update the core code of your website to support certain features or upgrades, or need the configuration and integrity of your server infrastructure maintained. Read our Drupal example.
Type 4. Project Management and Consultancy Support
We’ll support you on project management, consultancy, planning or strategy objectives.
